About Me
Three years ago, I couldn’t run for more than a minute without losing my breath. I felt tired, unmotivated, and disconnected from my own body. I knew I had to make a change — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
That was the beginning of my fitness journey.
I started small. Just daily walks and some stretching. Then I added bodyweight workouts, learned about healthy eating, and slowly started building a lifestyle that made me feel strong and alive. It wasn’t easy — there were days I wanted to give up. But I reminded myself why I started: I wanted to feel good in my skin, and proud of myself.
Now, I train five times a week, coach beginner women online, and help people build their own routines — no matter their fitness level. Because I know what it’s like to start from zero. I’ve been there.
What I’ve learned is that sport isn’t just about how you look — it’s about how you live. It teaches you discipline, self-love, patience, and resilience. It gives you energy, focus, and mental clarity.
That’s why I share my story. To show that anyone can transform their life with small daily actions. You don’t need a gym membership or fancy equipment. You just need a reason — and someone to support you.

What I can do for you

I used to live in a cycle of stress, anxiety, and exhaustion. I couldn’t sleep well, skipped meals, and constantly felt like I was just surviving. People told me, “Try working out — it helps.” I didn’t believe them.
One day, I decided to go for a short walk. That walk became a daily habit. Then I started doing short home workouts I found on YouTube. Little by little, I noticed something: I felt lighter. Not just in my body, but in my mind.
Today, fitness is my therapy. I still get anxious sometimes — but I know how to manage it. I move my body, breathe deeply, and treat myself with more care.
Now, I share my experience with other young women who feel overwhelmed. I tell them: Start small. Just move. You don’t have to be perfect — you just have to show up.
